Make an Item a Larger Size
All orders are custom-made per customer, therefore we do not accept returns unless the item(s) ordered is defective or the wrong item(s) is received. For this reason please double and triple check the information you provide for each order. If an error is made on our part we will replace the item as soon as possible.
Our orders are examined by the President in order to ensure that all item sizes are correct and quantities are accurate. All orders are also inspected for defects before being shipped.
If you wish to cancel a previously placed order, it must be done within 24 hours. No cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours.
All products are custom and hand made. Typical production and shipping is anywhere between 2-4 weeks depending on the time of year. If you need an item sooner please contact us so we can help to accommodate your timeline (please note additional fees may apply).
