All orders are custom-made per customer, therefore we do not accept returns unless the item(s) ordered is defective or the wrong item(s) is received. For this reason please double and triple check the information you provide for each order. If an error is made on our part we will replace the item as soon as possible.

 

Our orders are examined by the President in order to ensure that all item sizes are correct and quantities are accurate. All orders are also inspected for defects before being shipped.

Quilts take approximately 4-6 weeks to complete

For best results, it is always recommended to dry clean the quilt. If you decide to wash in washer and dry in dryer, you will need to ALWAYS was in a large commercial tumble machine in cold water with mild soap and dry in a large commerical tumble dryer on coldest setting possible. NEVER wash or dry in a home machine, as it could damage the quilt.
